Return/Refund Policy:

Please carefully read the descriptions of each book to make sure you are ordering those that you desire and in the quantities that you would like. Since each book contains unique information, please be aware that physical books are non-returnable/ non-refundable unless they are within seven days of ordering and have not shipped yet. Books that arrive to you that you would like a refund for, the return shipping of physical books is at the buyer’s expense plus 10% of the purchase price withheld for restocking and handling. Books will not ship until payment has been received, which usually takes three to four business days to process. Thank you for your patience!

Digital downloads and PDF versions of single pages and books are non-refundable because of the unique nature of the copyright’s visual aspect. The copyright material is just that, copyrighted and should only be for the buyer’s personal use only; not for multiple copies for any business or classroom. This does not allow use of the visuals or any part of the images or books for business or classroom use. You have my permission to download and print a copy for personal use only! Please contact me with any other questions pertaining to copyright use. School districts/ Business’/Teachers and Home Schools can purchase the use of digital copies and multiple books through the Teacher/ District Tab. Please also look on the all products tab for full details.  The District purchases allow use of downloaded information for class use for one year and include other perks such as Visual Verbiage Graphic Organizers and Visual Verbiage eyeglasses.
